Touching Lives Home care accommodates service orders, home safety assessment requests, and consultations anytime. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round, including holidays. Whenever you need assistance, you can rely on our hourly, daily, weekly, or scheduled care services.

We provide in-home caregiving services for families across the state. We offer companionship and help with activities of daily living that have become challenging for an aging person. These may include meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, Family communication, stress management, hygiene and grooming and patient transfer. We also offer services for those with special care situations caused by numerous medical conditions such as Stroke, Heart Failure, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Our current services include:

• Skilled Nursing Services--Assessment and management of care, wound care, medication administration, PICC line dressing changes, central line and IV drug therapy, Lab Draws, Catheter insertion and catheter care, Ostomy care, Insulin injections, Blood sugar checks, TPN, G-tube and other tube feedings,

• Personal Care

• Companion/Sitter Services

• Home Safety Assessment/Survey

• After Surgery Care-- Heart surgery, hip replacement, amputation, LVAD placement

• Live-in Assistance

• Dementia/Alzheimer Care

• Diabetic and Heart Failure Care

• Nurses Within Reach (NWR) Program- 24-hr On Call RN
